We are finalist! Competition for mediumsized companies in Germany

Alberdingk Boley GmbH was named a finalist at the 2024 Grand Prix for Medium-Sized Businesses. The gala took place at the Maritim Hotel in Düsseldorf. For Alberdingk Boley it was the first time that the company took part in the competition of the Oskar Patzelt-Stiftung. This has existed since 1994 and is advertised annually. According to the foundation, more than 20,000 companies have been nominated since then. The nomination makes it possible to apply for the competition.
The competition is organized entirely on a voluntary basis, financed exclusively privately and is subject to quality management certified according to DIN ISO 9001:2015. The aim of the competition is to promote medium-sized businesses and focus on corporate responsibility. When evaluating the entries, the jury takes into account various factors such as employee motivation, inventiveness, sustainable growth and social commitment.
What does it mean for Alberdingk Boley to be a finalist?
According to the foundation, around 4,500 companies took part in the competition. About 10% of the applicants made it to the final round and 5 finalists from North Rhine-Westphalia were honored. In addition, three prize winners across Germany were awarded the Grand Prize for Medium-Sized Enterprises. Martina Bielen and Sabine Oellers accepted the award on behalf of Alberdingk Boley. Thanks to the organizers for the successful event. The award as a finalist is both recognition and motivation for us!
