Green electricity for Alberdingk Boley in Leuna.
In 2023, 2,280 photovoltaic modules were installed on an area of approx. 9,500 m² on the Alberdingk Boley Leuna site.
The plant has been operating since January 2024.
The average annual yield is more than 1.2 GWh. The plant is mainly used for self-supply. In the summer months, the balance can be fed into the public grid. The system's yield covers around one quarter of the annual electricity requirement of the Leuna site.
